Back in May, the San Marcos Daily Record did the original story on TVM and the Bake the Cycle campaign for our project in Rwanda. Many people called and emailed and told us how wonderful the article had been. I remember driving home from an Emmaus gathering a few days after the article had run and I just asked God if it were His will, could the story just be picked up by a larger city or larger newspaper- so that more people could hear about what He was doing in Rwanda. I was thinking..Dallas? Houston? San Antonio? When I got home, I had an email from the producer at World Vision Report, wanting to do a story on Bake the Cycle. God is always listening. The subject line of her email said, "US journalist trying to reach you". I am a producer for World Vision Update and World Vision Report. We are a nationally syndicated radio program that airs on public radio and Christian stations across the country. Our show's mission is to shine a light on issues that affect the poor and countries struggling with injustice and poverty. We also broadcast a daily segment for almost 1,400 Christian stations, on these issues,- especially when they are motivated by or involving, faith. I read a story about the "Baking the Cycle" mission you are involved with in Africa and am interested in talking to you about it for our show. Below is a link to an interview we did with World Vision Report back in May. The interview was aired to over 1,400 Christian radio stations on June 22. Our website address had been posted on their website that week. God is amazing! Go to the site and then the link for June, 2008 and scroll down. http://www.worldvision.org/worldvision/radio.nsf/wvupdate/wvupdate_archives Many blessings- Diana
