Diana has a long established history in sales and marketing. In her last years as a Regional Leasing Manager for Pitney Bowes Financial Services, she was twice recognized nationally as the highest producing employee. Most recently Diana worked as a Vice-President of Sales and Marketing for School Tours of America, a national educational tour company. She has had a heart for serving those with HIV since the early 90’s where she served as a volunteer for an HIV/AIDS care team out of First Baptist Church in Houston, Texas. Beginning in 2002 Diana extended her volunteer efforts into Mozambique. Since that time, she has led volunteer efforts in the development of Mission to Mozambique whereby she has led fund raising efforts for several building projects, the coordinating of shipments for medical relief containers and the leading of 4 teams to Chicuque Rural Hospital. Additionally, Diana served as Mission Chairperson of her church since 2003 and in 2006 she was nominated as Volunteer of the Year for the Southwest Texas Conference of the United Methodist Church. Diana felt led to expand the work already being done in Mozambique by founding a non-denominational, non-profit organization and she along with Mike Olsen and Tecla Cosgrove began realizing this dream though the development of True Vineyard Ministries in early 2007. As one of the key founders of the organization, she served briefly as President on the Board of Directors. In June of 2007, Diana traveled to Rwanda on a visionary trip where she developed a partnership of collaboration with World Relief Organization while establishing long term goals for TVM in Rwanda. Diana recently resigned from her career path and position on the Board of Directors to engage in full-time work as Executive Director of True Vineyard Ministries.
